Cheney Tech and Electric Boat – Great partnerships providing opportunities for our students.

On March 25, 2026 Electric boat arrived to interview students from multiple disciplines/trades:
-Diesel, Auto, Carpentry, MDET, HVAC and Welding.  Many students interviewed and were provided with a job offer form Electric Boat.

Comments from EB- we were commended on how well prepared our students were for their interview. They were able to articulate thoughts, and skills. All of this is attributed to the dedication of our educators in academics and trade to provide them with the content knowledge and skills necessary to start their career. Cheney Tech is at the forefront of feeding the CT Workforce pipeline.
